She specialises in new technology law, legal aspects of cyber security, contract law and labour law. She has handled mergers and acquisitions of the largest banks and offshoring centres in Poland in terms of IT system integration and the transfer of workplaces to other employers.<\/p>\n
On a daily basis, she supports suppliers and purchasers of traditional, embedded and cloud-based technology systems throughout the process of drafting and negotiating contracts, as well as resolving disputes.<\/p>\n
She has advised the largest foreign companies operating in Poland on the implementation of legal changes and strategies in the area of HR, individual and group dismissal procedures, business transfers, employee documentation, working time, HR operations, as well as internal disciplinary, anti-mobbing and anti-discrimination proceedings.<\/p>\n
She directly supports management boards and directors of companies, including international ones, in the decision-making process. She has experience in providing legal advice to entities employing several thousand employees. For almost 12 years, she was a legal advisor and director at UBS in Krakow. She has almost 20 years of experience in providing legal services to financial entities, public administration bodies and technology companies.<\/p>\n
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. She then completed postgraduate studies in labour law and intellectual property law at the same university.<\/p>\n
