The Law Firm provides services related to the legal aspects of cybersecurity, in particular those related to the NIS 2 Directive, other European regulations and the Act on the National Cybersecurity System (KSC). The services include, in particular:

• classification of entities based on criteria for subjection to the KSC Act,
• support in analysing and identifying areas requiring implementation of new requirements
• selection of appropriate measures necessary to ensure compliance with the regulation – risk management and implementation of an Information Security Management System (SZBI)
• verification of the supply chain
• cybersecurity in contracts – verification and annexing of contracts concluded with ICT suppliers
• preparation for submitting an application for entry on the list of key and important entities
• consulting and training in the area of liability for breach of cybersecurity requirements
