Experienced legal adviser with more than 20 years of experience in providing legal advice especially to domestic and foreign entrepreneurs.

For many years, he has advised the Firm’s clients on the legal issues of trading, management and commercialisation of commercial real estate. His experience includes, in particular, due diligence of the legal status of real estate, drafting and negotiating real estate sale agreements, lease and tenancy agreements, commercial real estate management agreements, real estate agency agreements, as well as investment process consulting agreements. Bartłomiej Stoiński specialises and has extensive experience in advising on corporate issues, such as the establishment of companies with foreign capital, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, transformations and divisions of companies, disputes between shareholders.
