Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. During his studies, he completed the School of German Law at the Jagiellonian University and participated in the Socrates/Erasmus programme at the Ruprecht-Karl University in Heidelberg.

He has twelve years of experience in providing legal advice, in particular to domestic and foreign small and medium-sized enterprises.

At the law firm, he is involved in the negotiation, preparation and analysis of contracts concluded by clients, particularly in the real estate sector: real estate sales contracts, lease and rental contracts, commercial real estate management contracts, real estate agency contracts. In addition, he advises on public procurement matters, in particular preparing queries to the terms of reference for clients and representing them in disputes with contracting authorities before the National Appeal Chamber.

His specialisation also includes conducting: (i) for business clients – administrative and court-administrative proceedings, including proceedings under construction law and planning and spatial development law, as well as civil commercial proceedings, (ii) for individuals – proceedings against banks to declare invalidity of the so-called Swiss franc agreements (loans indexed or denominated with CHF exchange rate).

He is registered on the list of legal advisers at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow.
