He specialises in commercial law, restructuring and insolvency law, and civil law. He supports entrepreneurs at every stage of their business operations – from selecting the optimal legal form and providing day-to-day corporate services, to representing clients in litigation. He advises entities in sectors including real property and construction, energy and pharmaceuticals, providing solutions that take into account the specific nature of the industry and regulatory requirements.

In his professional practice, he focuses on comprehensive legal services, including the drafting and negotiation of contracts, conducting litigation, and providing support in crisis situations requiring restructuring measures. He also provides services to housing cooperatives, including the preparation and management of general meetings and advice on corporate matters. He handles compensation claims and debt recovery – both at the pre-litigation and litigation stages.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and postgraduate studies in intellectual property law: technology, media and communication. A member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Kraków. He speaks English.
