Graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and the Faculty of Law at the Ruhr University in Bochum, Federal Republic of Germany. Since 2000, legal advisor registered in the list of legal advisors at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Krakow.

Between 1997 and 1998, she worked at the law firm Kubas i Wspólnicy in Krakow, while between 1998 and 2001, she worked at the law firm M.Furtek, J.Palinka, M.Zieliński with its registered office in Warsaw, affiliated with KPMG Polska audit sp. z o.o. , between 2001 and 2009 she worked at the Office of the City of Krakow in the Team of Legal Advisers, from 2001 to 2017 she has been running her own business Legal Adviser’s Office, from 2018 she has been working at the STSW Law Office now SD Legal Stoiński Drzymała radcowie prawni sp.p.

She specialises and has many years of experience in advising on administrative law, civil law and company law. She has many years of experience of providing services to local government units and representing local government units before common and administrative courts and administrative authorities.
